I just wanted to tell you that I absolutely love my new teeth. I don't even know how to thank you. I have spent most of my adult life hoping someone would hit me in the mouth with a baseball and knock my front teeth out, so they could be replcaed. Also, I have spent most of my life hiding my teeth when I smile.

It's getting more and more natural to smile without hiding my teeth. When I do smile these days I think-- I have beautiful teeth, I have beautiful teeth!!! What a gift you gave me!

Dr. Aiken, you are such a good Dentist. Thank you for being a perfectionist and for keeping up to date with your profession. It appears that you are always looking for new and better ways to do things. That's very impressive. It really shows in your work, your attitude and your staff. Just a simple thank you for giving me my smile back. From May of '07 to present, you have gone above and beyond to give me what I once had and that is a beautiful smile. I can't say enough about your staff as well.

I do not know why it took me five years to decide to have a smile make-over by Dr. Aiken. I had always thought my smile was O.K., but knew there was a lot more I could be doing for my career and for myself.
Dr. Aiken took a lot of time to explain the process and never tried to over-sell me on what should or could be done to achieve my best look. The final decision was all mine. Three years later, I am still the happiest person with the smile I never thought I could have. I get compliments on how great I look. I want everyone to know that you change your clothes daily, you change your hair- but your smile is a lifetime. Don't wait- like I did.

Dr. Aiken and his staff are most excellent at caring for my family. We've been going to his office twice a year now for over seven years. Heather does a great job cleaning our teeth. Our comfort and staisfaction are the Staff's greatest concern. You couldn't ask for a friendly bunch! I shudder at the thought of ever taking my family elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Aiken's since 1998 and he is the absolute best Dentist in town!

He is ALWAYS so pleasant and I've never had a bad experience with his office. When my daughter was born (6 years ago) we received a gift in the mail with her name on it, from him and his staff! That sealed the deal for me...now that is customer service at its finest.

My children love him and they love going to the dentist!!

This is the best dentist office to go to in all of Greenville....how many offices do you know that will file your insurance for you? Dedicated dentistry is just that....dedicated to great service and care! if you have kids ask for Heather to be your child's hygienist....she is the best!

As of the last couple years i have had much experience with cavities. Going to the dentist is not fun in my book but considering how challenging my last few visits have been they have been completely pain free! no joking!

Dr. Aiken and his staff are wonderful: they follow-up with you when you have a tough schedule and they have an opening at the time you need; the hygenist is assigned to each patient so each follow-up is personal and makes you feal comfortable; and Dr. Aiken is the nicest dentist ever, one I actually look forward to seeing at each visit (and I don't like going to the dentist...)!
Also Dr. Aiken is very knowledgeable and has provided appropriate referrals to help me with my personal medical needs

The people at Dr. A's office are Great! Yes even the Dr. . He is the only Dentist I recommend to people. Very up front. The work done to my teeth by Dr. A has stopped My face from twiching under my right eye, this is great!

While I don't like having to have a tooth removed, this seemed to be the least "painless" all around. Never felt a thing! Very clear instructions for after procedure care. Flexible for the recheck, so I could come in early on Thursday before having to go to class in Spartanburg. Everyone was very comforting and reassuring. THANKS! Ra

Dedicated Dentistry is aptly named. Their commitment to professional excellence is demonstrated at every turn; however, offering it in such an affable, personable manner, provides an atmosphere which is very comfortable and relaxed. A great benefit to any dental-phobes out there.

Whether semi-annual cleanings or more demanding work, Dedicated has been outstanding for the near decade of dentistry they have provided my family.
Most interestingly, they are always prompt, yet NEVER give me a rushed feeling as a patient. Adroit dental skills are definitively the foundation here; but the exceptional level of service is the sweet (sugar-free) treat.

Dr. Aiken has a way of putting people at ease. Our 10 year old son was a bit anxious about having his teeth cleaned last year, J. had a cavity that was in the back on a molar. When Dr. Aiken attempted to fill the cavity, J. was uncomfortable. Dr Aiken stopped working on the tooth and LISTENED to our 10 year old verbalize his feelings and symptoms. Dr. Aiken puts the physical and psychological COMFORT of his patients at the forefront of his priorities. Thanks to Dr. Aiken J. had a positive experience because he was treated with RESPECT. My husband and I greatly appreciate the kindness that Dr. Aiken has extended to our family. We travel an hour each way to Dedicated Denistry and it is worth every minute on the road for the quality of care our family receives.

All went well. Dr explained the crown material and process that is used by his practice. This helps justify pricing as many dentists advertise crowns for much less money. Unless customers are aware of the differences, products and services become commodities with all being perceived as the same at which time price becomes the important deciding factor. I live 100 miles away and needless to say not only are there many closer dentists, it is quite an inconvience (and high travel cost) to come that far for a dentist

I am astounded at the great strides that modern dentistry has made, however Dr. Aiken's is the ultimate as I have been exposed to it, and his kind

A dental visit is something you don't really look forward to, but Dr. Aiken and his knowledgeable, friendly staff make it as comfortable as possible. Each department is so helpful and willing to help in any and every way. They are focused on patient/customer service, and it's greatly appreciated. I'd recommend Dedicated Dentistry to anyone in the market for a dentist!

Stafff was on time and was promptly greeted. Seated under five minutes for my procedure. Dr. treated me carefully and was very precise. Also very caringnature, which I like very much. In the past other dentists seemed to rush in and out of rooms, but not here. I felt I was being taken care of. Best- Definitely recommend!
